Dinner and reception reservations are $50 per person


Reservations are required. Dinner reservations will be held in your name at the registration table.

How to Make a Hotel Reservation

Hotel rooms are available for guests attending the banquet at the Indiana Memorial Union for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Your room will be confirmed by the hotel.

Hotel rooms are available only to those attending the awards dinner.

Guests needing a hotel room may contact the IMU directly to secure a room. Please mention the College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Awards Dinner room block when you call.

Annual Meeting Notice

The College Alumni Board will hold its annual business meeting on Saturday, April 5, at 8:30 A.M. in the Wells Conference Room of Owen Hall. All members of the College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association are invited to attend.
