After three years under the creative and committed leadership of Anne Kibbler, The College magazine is undergoing a change. The new editor, Leora Baude, is a lifelong resident of Bloomington and former IU student, whose very first College class, Classical Greek (taught by the almost frighteningly energetic Mark Damen), inspired an abiding interest in the oddities, as well as the beauties, of language (see her article here). Before coming to The College, Leora was editor of The Majority Report, the newsletter for the Office for Women’s Affairs at IU.
