- Creates opportunities for meaningful engagement of donors and alumni by building relationships between academic departments and programs, students, and alumni.

Travis Paulin has worked in higher education since 1994 and in development since 2002. He has established strong relationships and a portfolio of significant donors and prospects across the country. As Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences, Travis regularly travels around the country to establish and maintain relationships on behalf of the College and IU. His extensive research and personal engagement skills allow him to cultivate working relationships that benefit donors as well as the College. An IU alumnus, Travis has worked for the university in various capacities since 1996, with a background in admissions and recruitment of prospective students, as well as organizing retention-based academic programs for current students. He began his work in development at IU’s School of Education in 2001, and joined the College of Arts and Sciences team in 2005.
Travis and his wife Katie, who also works at IU, live in Bloomington with their two young children and enjoy taking advantage of all that life in a college town has to offer.
