Boomilever / Tower Building

Question:  The rules for Tower Building and Boomilever say there is no impound however the schedule has us impounding.  Are we required to impound towers and boomilevers at state?

Answer: Yes, we need the impounding time to measure and weigh these devices prior to testing them.  It is my understanding that GWU will also be impounding these devices at the 2008 National tournament.
