Student Drop-off, Pick-up & Parking | Updated: November, 2007

Drop Off:  Buses may come down Seventh Street to central campus to drop off students.  Buses will be allowed past the guard shack on 7th Street, however, they are NOT allowed to turn right once past the guard shack.  The designated drop-off is in front of Woodburn Hall.  It is a short one-block walk to Ballantine Hall where all home rooms will be located.

Bus Parking:  Buses may park free of charge in the IU Stadium Parking Lots located on 17th Street between Dunn and Fee Lane. Buses may NOT go behind the Indiana Memorial Union for any reason.  There is too much construction and no turn-around. 

Pick-up:   After 3:00 p.m. buses may return to the center of campus to pick-up equipment.  Buses will be allowed to park along 7th Street and pick students up outside the IU Auditorium after the awards ceremony.

Car Parking:  Parking is free at the IU Stadium.  From the stadium, you may ride a campus bus free of charge to the center of campus or your competition. In addition, you may park for free (weekends only) at the Poplars Garage is located off Sixth Street between Grant Avenue and Dunn Avenue. For the central part of campus, there are two “fee” parking lots located next to the Indiana Memorial Union.  Rates for the parking garages and fee lots begin at $1.00/ half-hour with a maximum daily rate of $20.00.

Hotel Information | Available in January 2008
All hotel blocks will be posted and available on or before January 15, 2008.
