Anna E. Acosta Russian is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Sociology and a master’s student in Applied Statistics (M.S.) at IU Bloomington. Her research interests are in the areas of gender inequality at the intersections of race and sexuality, social psychology, and research methods. Anna is committed to fostering greater awareness and appreciation of the full range of human identity and experience. She currently serves as co-chair of the Latino Graduate Student Association. Anna is committed to advancing equality, and embraces the opportunity to continue building community across IU’s campus.
