Aaron Ellis is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Anthropology at Indiana University. His research focuses on boundary making in professional, legal, and leisure activities and how those boundaries impact minorities. His research pulls from food studies and often uses craft beer as a case study. Aaron’s commitment to diversity is reflected through his passion for advising students and working with multiple stakeholders to build community and improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.
