Modeled after the successful 2019 two-day Inclusive Excellence Summit with Damon A. Williams, the College’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) will host an annual Inclusive Excellence Summit. Organized around an overarching theme, the summit will provide opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and senior leadership to develop and strengthen their knowledge, skills, and habits of mind that build and sustain inclusive and equitable attitudes, actions, and systems across the College. The summit features a keynote presentation, and workshops presented by faculty, students, and staff aimed at helping members of the College community explore actions and strategies for meaningful change.
