Cuisines of Italy
This course is designed to introduce you to the major cuisines of Italy. We will increase your food knowledge and practical skills through cooking. This is a hands-on course. As such, you are expected to be active participants in the course through cooking and tasting food. Each day except the first, we will prepare a 4-5 course meal.
