Patricia Wallace Bio

In turn, her Army Reserve service has reinforced her discipline, strategic perspective, commitment to people, and dedication to mission. Together, these experiences have shaped a leader who brings the best of both worlds to every organization and community she serves.

As principal owner of Performance Driven Consulting, Wallace has led large, complex, worldwide organizations and driven strategic transformation and organizational growth. She holds degrees from Indiana University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Yet, her greatest impact is measured not simply by the positions she has held, but by the people she has developed, the barriers she has overcome, and the pathways she has created for others.

A true citizen-soldier, Wallace represents the power of combining professional excellence with a profound commitment to service. Her legacy extends beyond her accomplishments to the leaders she has inspired and the doors she has opened for generations to come.

Wallace is also deeply committed to her family. She is married to Johnathan N. Powell, and together they are the proud parents of two sons, Moses and Johnathan.
