Course Description

3 credits in German language, 3 credits in GER-F 396

Taught by IU faculty, this immersive program includes housing and all meals with Austrian families, and weekend trips to Salzburg and Vienna. The city has sidewalk cafes, gardens, the old quarter, and excellent opera, theatre, and concerts. Both courses taken in Graz count towards the German major/ minor at IUB.

Includes academic fees, housing, some meals, excursions, and health insurance. Student is responsible for flights, personal expenses, and vacation travel.

$5,763 resident, $6,330 non-resident- $1,000 Scholarship given to each participant

Eligibility requirements
Taken or enrolled in 4th semester German with B-average; 2.75 cumulative GPA
