Students wishing to petition for readmission must first hold a conference with an assistant dean prior to June 1 for Fall readmission and September 10 for Spring readmission. To set an appointment, please call (812) 855-1647 or (812) 855-8245.

• The forms you print must be clear and sharp. They must be printed in black print on white paper. The paper must be 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, with no holes or perforations.
