Steve & Jane Malashock Scholarship in Studio Art
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- List studio art as your intended major on your application for admission to IU Bloomington
- Be admitted to IU’s freshman class for the coming academic year
- Be a U.S. citizen
Application process
Students apply using the Eskenazi School’s online application. You’ll be notified if your IU Bloomington application for admission qualifies you to be invited to fill out the application.
The Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design Scholarship Committee chooses recipients and notifies them in April.
Deadline
Applicants must submit a completed application for admission to IU Bloomington by February 1. Then they must complete the Eskenazi School online application by the date specified on their website.
Renewal
This scholarship may be renewable for up to four years.
About the donors
Stephen Malashock, B.A. 1975, M.B.A. 1977, and Jane Malashock, B.A. 1977, established this scholarship to acknowledge the important role of arts and humanities education at Indiana University. They met as undergraduate students and have a deep appreciation for the experience they shared and the education they received.
