• On the day of the event, there will be one check-in location for faculty and staff located outside the College of Arts and Sciences Expo tent in Dunn Meadow. Table locations will be provided at check-in, and department tables will have table markers on them for identification.
• Be aware that the event will take place rain or shine, since all of the festivities will be located under large tents.
• We anticipate students arriving as setup is finishing, and some will stay as late as 4:30 PM.
• All registered laptops have wireless internet access in Dunn Meadow; however, electricity will not be available.
• We encourage you to bring academic brochures, giveaways, and attractive table displays to create a friendly, fair-like atmosphere. Bring materials that make your department or program stand out. Additionally, we recommend bringing paper weights to hold down loose paper items in the event of wind. 
• We encourage you to offer a hands-on activity that engages and teaches about your discipline. If you have specific questions about planning an activity or game please let us know!
