Join professor of history and founding member of IU's Food Institute Carl Ipsen for a special presentation in Indianapolis.
This March, Professor Ipsen will discuss his recent sabbatical research on olive oil in the Puglia region of Italy at the Indianapolis Public Library-Glendale Branch. Following his presentation, he will participate in a Q&A session. An olive oil tasting will be available for pre-registered guests.
