Kevin Asbell is the chief operating officer for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, where he oversees all aspects of the association’s business operations. His responsibilities include staff management, parade development, event operations, strategic partnerships, community relations, and the maintenance of technology platforms. Additionally, Asbell handles all legal matters for the association, including contract negotiation and drafting, and coordination with outside counsel as necessary.
Asbell also leads efforts in talent acquisition, special performance development and execution, and film production related to the Rose Parade. He manages key relationships with the association’s broadcast and streaming partners to ensure high-quality delivery and visibility of its programming.
