Freshman applicants

U.S. students

You will apply to IU Bloomington through the Office of Admissions.

International students

You will apply to IU Bloomington through the Office of International Services.

Then what happens?

If you are admitted to IU Bloomington and indicate a major in the College of Arts and Sciences, you will begin your studies in your major program of interest at the start of your freshman year. Please see our College Entrance Policy for details and exceptions.
