Research Opportunities

College Office of Undergraduate Research

You can pursue generative research, scholarship, and creative activities by working with internationally renowned faculty outside of the classroom setting. Our College Office of Undergraduate Research is a gateway to engaging in this pursuit, offering an ongoing support system to navigate these opportunities.

Preparation for what comes next

Research is the process of creating new knowledge. It provides first-hand experience as well as insight into the fundamental nature of the discipline you are working in, giving you an edge in every field. Participation in research and creative activity prepares you with the skills employers say they want most: problem solving, logical thinking, clear communication, creativity, and ethical reasoning.

Not sure where to begin?

Our Office of Undergraduate Research is here to provide support as you embark on your research journey. We can help you learn how to connect with a mentor, apply for a position, and prepare you for life after graduation. Contact our office to ask questions and find guidance to get started in an academic research experience.
